Traffic accident victims are entitled to compensation for their damages caused by an accident resulting from the use of a motor vehicle.

The Road Accident Victims Compensation Law, 1975 (PACL) provides compensation to any victim without the need to prove guilt.

A work accident is an accident that occurs to a person while working and as a result of it. Accidents that occur on the way to and from work are also considered work accidents. In the case of a work accident, the injured party is entitled to receive compensation from the National Insurance Institute in addition to the party that caused the injury.

Medical negligence is measured by professional standards and whether there was a deviation from the standard during treatment. Or, the need to provide treatment that was not provided where it should have been provided. When a doctor or hospital does not act according to accepted standards, they may be considered negligent and if it is proven that they acted contrary to the reasonable standard and this caused damage, the injured party will be entitled to compensation for the damages suffered.

A security officer (soldier/policeman/guard) who is injured during and as a result of his service is entitled to file a claim for recognition of illness/injury with the compensation officer. If his claim is accepted and he is recognized as injured in the course of his service, he may be entitled to compensation depending on the severity of his injury.
